I paid way too much for a bed that feels average at best. I was already tired of dealing with all the shopping and service back-and-forth, and this just made it more frustrating. I expected a lot better for the price, so yeah, I’m disappointed.

I ordered a bed frame from Bedstar it looked a lot nicer online than it did when it arrived. The colour wasn’t quite what I thought it would be, and the finish felt a bit cheaper than the description made it sound. Delivery was fine, but I did feel a bit pressured to go ahead because it seemed like a good deal at the time. If the details had been more accurate, I probably wouldn’t have bought it.

I was disappointed when the box arrived ripped and soaking wet on one side. Then you open it up and the mattress cover is dirty too, which is just frustrating. Definitely not what I expected, and it felt like the packing was really careless.

I ordered a bed from Bedstar and, to be fair, the price was decent and I’m not saying the bed itself is bad. But the delivery side was a bit of a mess. I had a date booked, stayed in waiting for it, and then was told it wasn’t coming that day, which was frustrating.

It did turn up a few days later, but only after I chased them, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a delivery to happen when it’s been arranged. The bed is fine now it’s here, but the hassle around getting it delivered really put me off, so I wouldn’t be in a rush to order from them again.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this: the frame felt okay at first, but after only a few weeks it started feeling wobbly. It doesn’t seem very sturdy, and I’m disappointed with how quickly it loosened up.

I wish I’d been prepared for how frustrating the delivery tracking was. It barely updated at all, the delivery ended up arriving late, and I had to keep chasing for information instead of just knowing what was going on.

My first impression of Bedstar was bad. The refund process ended up being such a hassle, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get anywhere. Replies were slow, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. After that experience, I wouldn’t use Bedstar again...

Eventually got it sorted, but the whole thing left a bad taste. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

My bed has been broken for a while now, and every time I reached out, there always seemed to be another reason it couldn’t be sorted yet. It kind of feels like fixing it was never really a priority for them.

Am I the only one who ordered something that showed as available, only to find out it wasn’t actually in stock? Frustrating, honestly.

The bed showed up with a chipped corner and after just a couple weeks it already started feeling kind of cheap. I was expecting something sturdier for the price, I wouldn’t buy it again
